Portable Appliance Testing (PAT Testing)
In order to help customers comply with the “Electricity at Work Regulations 1989” act, we carry out portable appliance testing (PAT Testing) all across London and the surrounding areas for commercial customers and landlords of tenanted properties.

Electrical Safety Certificates
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), sometimes know as a ‘Landlord Safety Certificates’ is a thorough physical test of fixed wire installations.
An EICR only covers electrical wiring throughout a property. The testing of portable appliances, which plug into fixed wire installations, is done separately.
If a problem is found you’ll be informed and we’ll give you a fixed price quote for the work needed to bring it up to the standards required. We would aim to have this type of remedial work completed the same day.
